The problem of the air accumulation in the heating systems of the buildings is well-known and happens frequently. This is especially true for the old unrenovated systems. Before the heating season starts, it often reveals that the radiators warm up unevenly or even remain cold, due to the air bubble accumulation in the system. As a rule, the air bubbles can be discharged from the bleeder valves located in the upper parts of the radiators or the principal pipes. However, what to do in case of the valves malfunction or absence? What if at the moment of the bleeding the tenants are not at home?
Now there is an inexpensive and effective solution: air bubbles removal by the means of the automatic degassing in a vacuum ejector.
What is that?
Degasser is a device that allows automatic centralized air removal from the heating systems. The device is installed in the district heating substation and is connected to the system. It requires only 1-2 days to fully eliminate the air problem.
The degassing process is controlled electronically according to the selected program, which ensures the gas removal almost without any residues – regardless of whether the air was dissolved in the fresh water or penetrated into the system by the means of diffusion or as a result of the chemical reactions.
This method is also suitable for the air removal from the air-conditioning systems (with the water-glycol coolant), cooling and solar power systems of the residential buildings, shopping centers or hotels.
