Checking the economic activities of the apartment associations.
The main purpose of this examination is to confirm the reliability of accounting, financial and operating statements of the apartment association. Independent experts of our Company evaluate the quality of the accounting and business activities in the apartment association. Based on the audit of the apartment association, members of the association receive complete and accurate information about the work of the board and bookkeeper for the reporting period. Experts carrying out the audit determine how financial statement corresponds to the plan’s financial and economic activities of the company, identify its weaknesses and make recommendations to eliminate all the violations and deficiencies.
According to the results of the audit, reports are prepared both in Russian and Estonian languages. If necessary, the expert, responsible for the report, speaks at the meeting of the apartment association to explain the results of the audit.
