Ehituskonsult Grupp Ltd was established in Estonia in 2006 for the purpose of offering our clients high-quality advisory and consulting services in the field of general construction. Hence, the name of our company – in Estonian ‘ehitus’ means ‘construction’, and ‘konsult’ is a shortened form of the word ‘consultation’.
While successfully working in the European market we managed to expand not only the geographic reach, but also the range of services. At present, we offer the following services: from consulting to general construction and engineering supervision, conduction of independent inspection of the construction objects, existing buildings, equipment and hardware, as well as project management.
Our mission is to professionally and fully represent the interests of our customers throughout their interactions with other participants of the construction processes.
Our task is to prevent the occurrence of the problems at any stage of the construction process, or to find the best way to correct already existing mistakes. The Company’s specialists will work with you, starting from the design stage, throughout the construction process till its completion – this way you will be protected from the unexpected complications and unplanned costs.
Ehituskonsult Grupp Ltd is registered in the Register of Economic Activities as the company which is rendering following kinds of services:
1. Owner supervision – EEO000929.
Activities: implementation of the construction supervision over the maintenance work on the heating and cooling systems;
ventilation; general construction works; water supply systems and sanitary systems; supervision of objects belonging to Heritage Protection .
2. Building expertise (Audit of construction work) – EEK000458.
Activities: implementation of the building expertise and the belonging systems of the heating and cooling;
boilers; ventilation; district heating systems; structures and civil objects examinations.
3. Execution of heritage protection supervision – EMU000569.
Activities: Preparation of an action plan for the conservation and restoration of a monument and a building located on a World Heritage site; Preparation of research plan and conduct of research
The areas of our operation are in Estonia, Latvia, Finland, Greece, Cyprus and Italy.
According to the results of the 2011, 2012, 2018, 2019 and 2020 fiscal years, our Company was rated as “good” (A) and according to the results of the 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 fiscal years – “very good” (AA). In 2021 our company was rated as “strongest” with marking AAA.
Companies with consistently high rating “A” in Estonia form just 4.3% and with “AAA” only 0,7%.
Rating from Creditinfo is an assessment, assigned to the enterprises based on their economic, financial and taxation indicators.
On the basis of the 2012-2014 years results Ehituskonsult Grupp is among the high-growth companies in Estonia, that is improved by achieving a Gazzele Company 2015 Diploma for the contribution to the economic development of the country.
